This Privacy Policy applies to the Math Joy app (hereinafter referred to as “the App”) created by EasyMeta (hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This service is intended for use “AS IS”.
Explicit Declaration
We explicitly state that the App Math Joy matches the developer profile listed on the Apple App Store. This policy is specifically written for this App. Math Joy is designed for children and complies with the Apple App Store Kids Category requirements.
We do not collect, transmit, or sell any personal information. Math Joy is designed with children’s privacy as a core principle. All practice, scoring, and progress tracking happen entirely on the device.
- No personal data leaves the device. Practice results, mistake records, streak data, and earned stars are stored locally on the device only.
- No user accounts. The App does not require sign-in, registration, or account creation.
- No analytics or tracking. The App does not include any analytics SDKs, tracking pixels, or advertising frameworks.
- No behavioral advertising and no outbound links that lead children away from the App, in accordance with the Kids Category guidelines.
What stays on the device
- Practice records and worksheet history
- Mistake notebook entries
- Streak / check-in calendar data
- Earned stars and rewards
- App preferences (operation type, difficulty level, session length, sound and animation settings)
2. Children’s Privacy
Math Joy is intended for use by children with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
- Settings that should be controlled by an adult are protected by a parental gate (a two-finger long-press verification on iOS) before they can be changed.
- Because no data is collected or transmitted, there is no personal information about a child for us to access, store, or share.
3. Third-Party Access
- No Advertising: The App contains no third-party advertising SDKs.
- No Third-Party Analytics: The App does not use third-party analytics services.
- No Data Sharing: We do not share, sell, or transfer any personal data to third parties because we do not collect any.
4. Data Storage and Security
- All practice data (records, mistakes, streaks, stars, preferences) is stored locally on the device.
- Uninstalling the App removes all associated data from the device.
- We employ standard platform security measures, including application sandboxing.
