Effective Date: June 13, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Math Joy application (the “App”) provided by EasyMeta (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are a parent or guardian allowing a child to use the App, you accept these Terms on the child’s behalf.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal device for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the applicable app store terms of service.
Math Joy is an arithmetic practice app for children. Core features include:
All practice and progress tracking are performed locally on the device. The App functions fully offline.
Settings intended for adults are protected by a parental gate (a two-finger long-press verification on iOS). This is provided to help ensure that configuration changes are made by a parent or guardian rather than a child.
You agree not to:
The App, including its design, code, content, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by EasyMeta and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EasyMeta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
