Terms of Use for PhonicsJoy

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the PhonicsJoy application (the “App”) provided by EasyMeta (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are a parent or guardian allowing a child to use the App, you accept these Terms on the child’s behalf.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal device for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the applicable app store terms of service.

2. Description of Service

PhonicsJoy is a phonics learning app suitable for users of all ages. Core features include:

• A structured phonics curriculum: the 26 letters, short and long vowels, consonant blends, and more
• Sound rules with example words, pictures, and audio pronunciation
• Three practice modes: Listen & Choose, Spelling, and a Matching Game
• Daily check-ins, a streak calendar, progress tracking, and learning milestones

All learning progress is stored locally on your device. The App functions fully offline and does not require an account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our services
• Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the App or any part of it

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, content, audio, illustrations, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by EasyMeta and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will meet your specific requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Any errors in the App will be corrected

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EasyMeta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
