No. Authloom does not create an account. Core TOTP use works offline.
Use a backup method you enabled before losing access to the original device. Authloom supports optional iCloud, Google Drive, and encrypted on-chain backup. Each method has its own recovery requirements in the app.
Make sure automatic date and time are enabled on your device. If the time is correct, compare the account and issuer with the service where you configured 2FA.
