Authloom Terms of Use

Effective Date: July 23, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Authloom, provided by EasyMeta Pty Ltd (ABN 83 664 794 781). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms and the terms of the app store from which you obtained it.

1. License

We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Authloom for personal, lawful purposes on devices you control.

2. What Authloom provides

Authloom stores and generates standard TOTP verification codes. Core use works offline. Optional iCloud, Google Drive, and encrypted on-chain backups are separate recovery choices that you control. Authloom does not provide an account or a server that can recover your plaintext TOTP secrets.

3. Your responsibilities

4. Backup services and public networks

iCloud, Google Drive, PublicNode, Polygon, and Ethereum are operated by third parties and are subject to their own availability and terms. We do not control their outages, fees, policy changes, transaction timing, or continued operation.

An on-chain backup requires network fees and creates permanent public transaction records. Confirm the selected network and backup details before submitting. Authloom cannot reverse a confirmed transaction or delete a public record.

5. No financial service

Authloom uses an on-chain address only to authorize optional encrypted backup records. It does not provide asset trading, transfers, custody, token purchases, yield, or investment advice. You are responsible for any network fees and for determining whether your use is lawful in your location.

6. Acceptable use and intellectual property

You must not use Authloom unlawfully, interfere with the app or connected services, bypass security controls, or redistribute the app except where applicable law permits it. Authloom’s code, design, name, and content are owned by EasyMeta or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Availability, updates, and ending use

We may update or discontinue Authloom. Features that depend on an operating system or third-party service may change when that service changes. You may stop using the app at any time and use its controls to delete local data or applicable cloud backups.

8. Warranties and liability

Authloom is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, successful recovery, network availability, or that the app will meet every requirement. To the extent permitted by law, EasyMeta is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app, loss of a recovery method, or a third-party service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version here and changing the effective date. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
