Privacy Policy for Customer Service Keyboard

This Privacy Policy applies to the Customer Service Keyboard app (hereinafter referred to as “the App”) created by EasyMeta (hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This service is intended for use “AS IS”.

Explicit Declaration

We explicitly state that the App Customer Service Keyboard matches the developer profile listed on the Apple App Store. This policy is specifically written for this App.

1. Information Collection and Use

We do not collect or transmit your typing data or your saved phrases. Customer Service Keyboard is designed with privacy as a core principle. Creating, storing, searching, and inserting phrases all happen entirely on your device.

• Nothing leaves your device. The keyboard extension processes all text input locally. No keystrokes, phrases, or any other input are sent to any server.
• No user accounts. The App does not require sign-in, registration, or account creation.
• No analytics or tracking. The App does not include any analytics SDKs, tracking pixels, or advertising frameworks.

What stays on your device

• Your phrase library (the replies you create)
• Categories and phrase ordering
• Usage counts used to sort your most-used phrases
• Keyboard and app preferences (appearance, interface language, etc.)
• App Group shared container for the phrase data

What we may access with Full Access permission

The App requests Full Access for the keyboard extension solely to read your phrase library from the shared App Group container. Full Access is used for:

• Loading the phrases you created so the keyboard can insert them
• Synchronizing App settings (interface language, appearance, category order) between the main App and the keyboard

We do not use Full Access to transmit or collect any data. The keyboard extension has no network access and contains no networking code.

2. Backup and Export

Customer Service Keyboard lets you export your phrase library to a JSON file and import it back. This export is performed at your request and stays under your control — the file is saved or shared only to the destination you choose (e.g. Files, AirDrop). We do not receive, see, or store any exported data.

3. Third-Party Access

• No Advertising: The App contains no third-party advertising SDKs.
• No Third-Party Analytics: The App does not use third-party analytics services.
• No Data Sharing: We do not share, sell, or transfer any personal data to third parties because we do not collect any.

4. Data Storage and Security

• All phrase data (replies, categories, preferences) is stored locally in the App Group shared container on your device.
• Uninstalling the App removes all associated data from your device.
• We employ standard iOS platform security measures, including sandboxing and App Group isolation.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
