These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Customer Service Keyboard application (the “App”) provided by EasyMeta (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal iOS device, subject to these Terms and Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.
Customer Service Keyboard is a customer-service keyboard extension for iOS that lets you save reply templates and insert them with a single tap. Core features include:
All phrase storage, search, and insertion are performed locally on your device. The keyboard does not transmit your input or phrases over the network.
To provide a complete experience, the App requests Full Access permission for the keyboard extension. Full Access is used exclusively for:
Granting Full Access is optional but recommended. Without it, the keyboard cannot read the phrases you saved, so one-tap insertion will be unavailable.
We do not use Full Access to collect, record, or transmit any typing data, personal information, or usage patterns.
Phrases, categories, and any other content you create in the App (“Your Content”) belong to you. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and the policies of any platform where you send it. We do not access, monitor, or moderate Your Content.

The App, including its design, code, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by EasyMeta and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. This does not affect your ownership of Your Content.
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
You are responsible for keeping your own backups of Your Content via the App’s export feature.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EasyMeta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data or phrases — arising out of or relating to your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
