These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the PhonicsJoy app (the “App”) provided by EasyMeta Pty Ltd (ABN 83 664 794 781) (“EasyMeta”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and the applicable app store terms.
PhonicsJoy provides structured phonics lessons, practice activities, daily check-ins, and local progress tracking.
Learning progress, practice history, check-ins, settings, and recordings are stored locally on your device and are not restored with a subscription purchase.
An account is optional for free content but required to purchase, verify, or restore PRO access. You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your email and device, and notify us if you suspect unauthorised use.
Store transactions are bound to the PhonicsJoy account used for the purchase to prevent fraud and account-to-account transfer. A purchase is not automatically transferable to a different or newly created account.
PRO is offered through Apple App Store or Google Play as an automatically renewing monthly or yearly subscription. The store displays the actual price, currency, billing period, and any applicable tax before purchase.
Deleting or requesting deletion of a PhonicsJoy account does not cancel the store subscription. Because purchases are account-bound, deleting the purchasing account may permanently prevent that subscription from being restored to a new PhonicsJoy account. Manage the subscription in the store before requesting deletion.
You are responsible for the learning data stored on your device. Signing out or deleting an account does not by itself erase local learning data. Removing the App, clearing App storage, resetting the device, or using a separate local-data removal control may permanently delete that data.

The App, including its design, code, text, audio, illustrations, and learning content, is owned by or licensed to EasyMeta and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for non-commercial learning, subject to these Terms.
Account and subscription features depend on Supabase, Cloudflare, Apple, and Google services. Your use of the app store and its payment features is also governed by that provider’s terms. Service availability may be affected by provider outages, network access, or store-account restrictions outside our control.
We may update the App, content, or these Terms, or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, service integrity, or a material breach of these Terms. We will not treat cancellation of auto-renewal as immediate subscription expiry.
If these Terms change materially, we will post the revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
The App is a learning aid and is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular educational outcome, or that every error will be corrected.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, EasyMeta is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
